These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Vectore. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Using the platform

Vectore lets you run courses, cohorts, coaching, events, and community spaces. You agree to use the platform lawfully and to follow any guidelines we publish.

3. Payments and fees

Vectore charges 0% transaction fees on your product sales; you keep 100% of your earnings, less any fees charged by your payment processor. Subscription or plan fees, if any, are described at sign-up and billed in advance. Payouts are subject to your processor's schedule and verification.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Vectore a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to share it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, harassing others, attempting to breach security, or disrupting the service.

6. Intellectual property

Vectore and its logos, software, and design are owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not grant you rights to our brand or technology except as needed to use the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Vectore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the platform, our members, or the law.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
